Working from home is many wonderful things. Because it’s so many wonderful things, it can be really hard to strike balance between “home” life and “work life” when you are always just a few steps away from your office. I love, love what I do, but I also know that I only get one spin with my family while they are young, too, so I feel like I am always juggling the two to find a balance that keeps everyone happy. In that vein, I am taking today off, the first Sunday in a long while, and just enjoying this beautiful morning with the people that I love most.
Peach muffins were on the agenda with some gorgeous peaches we grabbed at the farmer’s market. The recipe can be found here: http://sallysbakingaddiction.com/2014/07/06/peach-streusel-muffins/ and I promise you will be so glad you made them. They also refrigerate super well, and freeze almost as well, so you can make a big batch with your own farmer’s market peaches and enjoy them all week. Unless you have seven kids… then they will vanish before you get out the forks 🙂
